Amber House is a large home situated in a quiet area of St. Leonards-on-Sea, Hastings. It is registered for 8 bedrooms and has much communal space and is close to all amenities.
What is PWS?
As defind by www.NHS.co.uk: PWS, Prader-Willi syndrome, is a rare genetic condition that causes a wide range of physical symptoms, learning difficulties and behavioural challenges. It's usually noticed shortly after birth.
Prader-Willi syndrome is caused by some missing genetic material in a group of genes on chromosome number 15.

We provide our residents with a variety of activities. This includes gym, swimming, Barby Keel Animal Sanctuary, computing club, bingo, work placement in an industrial unit owned by us, and more. We also do games and activities with a theme over the holidays.
PWS Care Ltd was founded by David Palmer and Teresa Hills in 2017. They opened up a home on 5 Dane Road, Hastings, East Sussex. TN38 0QU and named it Amber House. Since then they have been a caring residential accommodation for those with Prader Willi Syndrome aged 18-64.
What we offer.
We offer residential housing and care to adults with PWS. This includes a room, access to living rooms and communal spaces, a lavatory on each floor, a kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room, and quiet spaces. We live in Hastings but do house people from other counties.
